Pumpkin Hollow Retreat Center, Craryville, NY

Pumpkin Hollow Retreat Center offers a peaceful beautifully groomed setting for workshops and retreats.  The food they provide to participants is largely homegrown and is prepared expertly and with care. Linda and I have been volunteering, mainly in the kitchen since 2016.  We are both involved in meal preparation although I started off as a pot washer (the kind of pots you cook with).
