Pumpkin Hollow Retreat Center, Craryville, NY

Pumpkin Hollow Retreat Center offers a peaceful, beautifully groomed setting for workshops and retreats.  The food they provide to participants is largely homegrown and is prepared expertly and with care. Linda and I  volunteered, mainly in the kitchen, beginning in 2016.  We were both involved in meal preparation, although I started off as a pot washer (the kind of pots you cook with).
