Pumpkin Hollow Retreat Center, Craryville, NY

Pumpkin Hollow Retreat Center offers a peaceful, beautifully groomed setting for workshops and retreats.  The food they provide to participants is largely homegrown and is prepared expertly and with care. Linda and I volunteered mainly in the kitchen from 2016 to 2025.  We were both involved in meal preparation, although I started off as a pot washer (the kind of pots you cook with).  My current activities include helping with administrative details.
